PRICING
All of the prices quote here is F.O.B from Bangkok , Thailand Prices of every product can be changed any time without notice and will be advised in our next offer or new price list or our stock list.
PAYMENT
Payments of new buyers must be in advance (deposit) according pro-forma invoice as requested from customer / consignee.
Payments are not accepted by banker draft or personal checks, and only acceptable by Telegraphic Transfer (TT).

PACKING
Packing Dimension is (60cm x 31cm x 45cm), Styrofoam with double plastic bags. Before packing we will not feeding the fish, In order to make no waste in bags.
FREIGHT CHARGES
Freight Changes are different depends on the cargo agent and destination.
SHIPMENT
Any shipment without news to shipper must be accepted in well by customer / consignee, and claims are not allowed if no report less than 24 hours after receipt of shipment.
DEATH ON ARRIVAL (D.O.A.)
Any mortality happened on the way if lass than 5% must be accepted by customer / consignee.
Any mortality happened if flight delayed because of engine trouble or misconnection flight with approval and receipt sign by one of the cargo officer as withess from the airline involved or other causes beyond our power, the lost must be shared between shipper and consignee of each a half (50%).
